Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of topical products, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original, sealed packaging.

Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at hello@jinshubalm.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

How to Request a Return
Email hello@jinshubalm.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
